Learning about ketamine therapy is often helpful prior to your medicine session. Many patients find that having a preparation session with a ketamine facilitator prior to their IV ketamine session supports them in setting expectations, creating intentions, and cultivating a sense of safety prior to having an experience with an altered state of consciousness.
In addition, the experience of ketamine therapy itself is often much different than those experienced in non altered states. For that reason, processing what came up in your session is often a helpful adjunct to any other therapy you may be involved in.
Integration sessions allow you time to sense and feel into what you experienced, and find meaning that may also inspire action. This work is done to specifically digest the psychedelic experience, and can bolster the work you are already doing either on your own or with the support of a therapist.
Elevated Medicine is dedicated to making Ketamine Therapy as impactful as we know it can be. For that reason, we support patients by offering IV sessions and collaborating with providers who facilitate preparation and integration support.
If you are interested in preparation and integration services, please let us know when you call to book and we will assist arranging them.
